Unused Toner Form
Two options for returning unused toner
Ricoh Canada’s commitment to Environmental Sustainability also extends to returning unused Ricoh toner bottles and cartridges. We encourage our customers to participate in returning unused toner by providing two options to assist you in returning your unused consumables – free of charge.
1. Purolator Courier Label
Shipments less than 70 pounds
To process a return label with Purolator for your unused toners, please fill out the form provided. It's important to ensure that all information is completed accurately and in full. Additionally, the number of return labels needed should correlate directly with the number of boxes you are returning.
Once the form is complete and submitted, we will generate the appropriate number of return labels corresponding to the number of boxes being returned.
When you are ready to ship:
Print the courier label(s)
Affix label(s) to your box(es)
Call Purolator Courier, 1-888-744-7123, for prepaid courier pickup at your convenience.
Please note these labels will expire after 10 days.
2. Purolator Freight Bill of Lading
Shipments over 70 pounds
If your company finds itself with a high volume of unused toner, Ricoh can provide your company with a Gaylord shipping container, should space permit.
Gaylords are the size of a standard shipping pallet: 48" x 40” x 36”. You can receive a container by calling or emailing our Supplies department and asking for a Gaylord Container (product code: Empty Box).
