2016 Winners

Luminus Financial

Luminus Financial implemented a Human Resources Onboarding solution that rapidly delivered on its promise – and more. The Laserfiche application provided the capability to mold precisely to Luminus’ needs while providing rich support layers both during and after implementation.

The City of Saint John

The City of Saint John leveraged the power of Laserfiche to digitize the city’s records and work processes as part of the One Stop Shop initiative to support economic development. Laserfiche’s application also facilitated the City of Saint John to win the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrator's Willis Award for Innovation.

Waterloo Region District School Board

The Waterloo Region District School Board in Ontario, Canada uses Laserfiche Forms to simplify its vendor registration process by eliminating paper forms, consolidating form types and increasing employee productivity.

City of Mount Pearl

Canada’s City of Mount Pearl, one of the largest communities in Newfoundland and Labrador, uses Laserfiche to reduce public records searches from 30-40 minutes to a matter of seconds.

Canadian Seed Growers Association

The Canadian Seed Growers Association (CSGA) was established in 1904 to improve pedigreed seed production and usage. It has transformed its corporate culture by using Laserfiche to automate its 109-year-old manual crop certification process—and process certifications ten times faster.
