With the P 501 User Authentication capability, you can use Locked Print to hold documents until the owner releases it. When equipped with the optional Hard Disk Drive, the DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS) erases latent information left on the hard drive.

Use RICOH Device Manager NX Lite to check print settings, collect metered data, track levels, status and more — whether the P 501 is used as a standalone device or in a fleet of printers.
