Giving back

Each Ricoh office has the flexibility to support the causes that best resonate within their respective communities. These can include national organizations like the ones mentioned above; environmental awareness initiatives, holidays, and other charitable activities; or other options — for example, Ronald McDonald House or local foodbanks or community programs.

Recognition

Our people consistently go above and beyond, and we celebrate that in many ways, including:

  • Be the Change, our national recognition program that acknowledges our employees' hard work and dedication, and their commitment to the values of the Ricoh Way.

  • Service Excellence Program, a program that rewards top performing customer-facing professionals in the field with trips for them and their spouses/partners to attractive destinations where they spend intimate time with our CEO and other EMT members to recognize them for their efforts.

  • Sales Incentive Programs, in which top salespeople receive a trip to exciting destinations.

When it comes to our company's senior leadership, the efforts of Ricoh employees are noticed and appreciated in other ways, too, especially at the local level.
