We have a firm commitment to our customers, suppliers, employees — and the planet too. For more than 30 years, we have been an ENERGY STAR® partner. In 2024, Natural Resources Canada awarded Ricoh Canada its 4ᵗʰ ENERGY STAR® award for Manufacturer of the Year – Electronics.

Our goals include reducing our environmental footprint through programs such as resource conservation, pollution prevention and energy conservation. In fact, reducing our environmental footprint is so critical to us that we’ve accelerated our original 2050 targets by 10 years. In March 2024, we announced new environmental goals for 2040.

• GHG Scope1,2 : Zero emission (90% reduction compared to 2015 level, residual emissions are offset via internationally acceptable methods)

• GHG Scope3 : (65% reduction compared to 2015 level, all categories)

• Renewable energy usage ratio: 100%
